Free shipping in Israel
We ship with Israel Post to the post office / pickup point linked to the address you provide. This is not door-to-door courier delivery.
How it works
- Place your order and enter your full address and mobile number.
- We ship with דואר ישראל.
- The parcel goes to the post office or pickup point nearest to your address.
- You receive an SMS — sometimes also an email — with the pickup location and how long it will be held.
- Collect it with photo ID.
Delivery time
Usually 3–7 business days after dispatch, not after payment. Timing depends on Israel Post.
What to enter at checkout
A full address in Hebrew or Latin letters, plus a mobile number. Without a phone number, the pickup SMS may not arrive.
Please note
We do not choose the branch. Israel Post assigns the pickup point to your address. While the parcel is in transit, you can sometimes change the location in the Israel Post website or app.
